  My name is Jason Fixsen and I’m the owner of Flooring America in Paola, and this is in response to the one bad review posted online to give it some perspective. We’ve been in business since 1993 and after doing 1000s of installs, there are some that don’t go as smoothly as planned, typically due to unrealistic expectations and / or us not setting those expectations correctly. Whether we are right or wrong, we always make it right for the customer WITHIN REASON. The lady who wrote the review is the first customer in 20 years that we felt was being unreasonable and her insurance company agreed with us so we didn’t give her what she wanted. It’s unfortunate she feels the way she does and chose to write a bad review about a great small business, but it’s good to live in a place where you have that right, just as we do, which is why I’m writing my own review. I hope if you’re looking for flooring, you give us a visit and make up your own mind. I promise you will be taken care of. Thanks!
